To prepare for your rest practice:
• Choose a quiet space
• Lower the volume to a gentle, comfortable level
• Lie down or sit in a comfortable position
• Use a blanket or eye covering if it helps you rest
• Allow your body to be; there is nothing to achieve
You may drift in and out of awareness. This is natural. Simply return to the sound of the voice whenever you notice.
There is no right way to rest.
